As a Senior SecOps Specialist, you will drive IAM governance, compliance enforcement, security monitoring, and risk mitigation, ensuring we stay ahead of threats. • You will own security policies, optimize monitoring, and enhance resilience—all while keeping things fast, scalable, and efficient. What You Will Be Doing • IAM & Security Governance • Lead IAM (Identity & Access Management) strategy, ensuring strong yet flexible access controls. • Enforce PAM (Privileged Access Management) with least privilege principles at scale. • Automate security controls and audits to ensure compliance without overhead. • Security Monitoring & Incident Response • Strengthen SIEM & EDR/XDR capabilities to detect, analyze, and respond to threats. • Automate security operations to reduce noise and focus on real risks. • Vulnerability & Compliance Management • Oversee vulnerability management and risk assessment, ensuring continuous security improvement. • Ensure compliance with PCI DSS, SOC, and regulatory frameworks, embedding security into operations.
