Job title: AR/AP Bookkeeping data entry for QuickBooks Online Company: ATD BOOKKEEPING SOLUTIONS OF OAKLAN Job description: Compensation: Starting at $14.00-$17.00 or Based on experience, Part-Time Monday-Friday 4 hours/ day between 8:30am-5pm We currently have a position open for a AR /AP Data Entry Staff. We are looking for someone who has great social skills, is detail oriented, has excellent spelling and grammar skills, understands customer service, and is great with Word, Excel, Adobe PDF and Outlook. QuickBooks a Plus. Responsibilities and Duties Current Responsibilities: Maintain organization of client files, Maintain login information, Out of Office Responder, Date Stamp & Organize Mail, Prepare Checks for Depositing @ Banks, Entering Data into Excel Spreadsheets, Organization of Paperwork, Filing of Paperwork, Matching Checks to Bills, Send E-Mail Reminders, Update Distribution Lists, (Scanning)Anything in Word, Excel, Internet (any other outside software other then Accounting Software and Accounting History a Plus. Maintaining cleanliness of office, Greeting clients and maintaining positive image and great hostess skills with all guests. We are an up to date computerized company that scans all documents into the computer. Being able to use multiple monitors is a plus. Entering AR / AP for Clients using QuickBooks Online or Desktop or Bill.com Qualifications and Skills Testing, Background check, and drug screening Mandatory prior to employment. Required experience: Bookkeeper Assistant, Office Assistant, Receptionist: 2 years Bookkeeping and QuickBooks experience a plus and will help advance you quickly. Experience with Accounts receivable and payables a plus.
