Commissions Analyst- remote role for Healthtech in SF

Salary: $38.00 to $44.00 hourly Description We are on the lookout for a meticulous Commissions Analyst to be a part of our team in the Healthcare, Hospitals, and Social Assistance industry located in San Francisco, California. In this role, you will be pivotal in the execution of commission operations, the analysis of sales data, and the effective communication with various teams to ensure the smooth running of commission payments. This role offers a long term contract employment opportunity. Responsibilities • Administer the calculation and processing of sales commissions with precision. • Collaborate with the Sales and Finance teams as well as HR to guarantee timely and accurate commission disbursements. • Ensure all commission plans and company policies are adhered to. • Conduct comprehensive analysis of sales data to spot trends and potential issues. • Prepare commission statements with a high degree of accuracy and review them meticulously. • Work hand in hand with the VP of Sales to secure necessary approvals for commission payouts. • Keep track of commission payments and carry out a true-up analysis. • Utilize tools such as Salesforce to gather and analyze data effectively. • Record commission accruals and deferrals by preparing journal entries. Requirements • Applicant must possess a minimum of 2 years of experience working as a Financial Analyst. • Experience in the Healthcare, Hospitals, or Social Assistance sectors is highly desirable. • Proficiency in Commission Functions is required. • The candidate should have a strong background in Sales Analysis & Reporting. • Familiarity with the Salesforce Platform is a must. • The prospective employee should have experience with Deferred Compensation Plans. • Knowledge of Looker software is necessary. • The candidate should be comfortable working with Workday systems.
