AWA Insurance, located in Fort Myers, FL has an immediate opening for a full-time Personal Lines Insurance Account Manager. We are looking for an experienced Personal Lines Insurance professional who is highly motivated and has experience in handling personal lines accounts. If you have and active insurance license and an interest in helping clients with their insurance needs, I invite you to apply for the position in my office. Please only apply if you are able to make the commute to our Fort Myers, FL office location Responsibilities • Servicing current book of personal lines customers and processing their renewals. • Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed. • Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, billing clarification, audit disputes, and claims service.
