The House of Mercier is thrilled to offer an exciting opportunity for a Virtual Call Queue Manager! In this remote position, you will play a critical role in ensuring a smooth and efficient call experience for our customers. This role requires no prior experience as we provide comprehensive training to equip you with the necessary skills. Your primary responsibility will be to manage incoming customer calls, directing them to the appropriate departments and ensuring timely responses to inquiries. If you're a detail-oriented individual with a passion for customer service, we would love to hear from you!
