In this role, you will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service and maintaining accurate data records. Key Responsibilities: • Provide exceptional customer support by handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. • Accurately enter and update customer information into company databases. • Respond promptly to emails, chat inquiries, and phone calls in a professional manner. • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth communication and data integrity. • Follow company policies and procedures to maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information. • Generate reports and analyze data to support operational efficiency. Qualifications: • High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred). • Proven experience in customer service or data entry roles. • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM systems is a plus. • Ability to work independently in a remote environment. • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
