What We’re Looking For We need a Web Design Intern who can spin up clean, effective websites at lightning speed. Whether you’re building landing pages, microsites, or full-blown web apps, your focus will be on quick turnaround without sacrificing clarity or user experience. Key Responsibilities

Rapid Website Creation: Design and implement websites that look polished and professional in a short time frame. Template & Asset Development: Build reusable templates and design systems to streamline future web projects. Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with marketing, product, and engineering teams to ensure that designs align with business goals. Optimize for User Experience: Balance aesthetics with simplicity and usability, keeping real estate agents’ needs front and center. Iterate & Adapt: Continuously refine designs based on user feedback and performance data.
