Experienced Customer Service Agent (CET hours) - ON RETAINER

Job Description: As a Customer Care Agent, you will act as the first point of contact for our customers, providing top-tier support on a RETAINER BASIS. You will handle inquiries as they arise, ensuring an outstanding customer experience while reflecting Scandinavian Biolabs' values of care and commitment. Key Responsibilities: Respond to customer inquiries through email and live chat on an as-needed basis. Provide clear, accurate, and complete information using the appropriate tools and methods. Proactively resolve customer complaints by offering timely solutions and following up until resolved. Accurately maintain records of customer interactions, ensuring all issues are tracked and logged. Uphold communication guidelines, policies, and quality standards. Go the extra mile to engage customers and build a loyal customer base. Requirements: Proven experience in customer support, achieving a customer satisfaction score (CSAT) of 4.5+ in previous roles. Strong communication skills with experience in handling inquiries via live chat and email. Familiarity with CRM systems and customer service tools. Ability to work independently, efficiently manage time, and prioritize tasks. Availability to work flexibly when called upon. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Adaptable, dependable, and able to work independently without constant supervision.
