We are seeking a dedicated and responsive Customer Service Agent to manage live chat support for our premium community on Telegram. Your primary role will be to assist potential members in joining our exclusive community, providing them with all necessary information and support to ensure a smooth onboarding process. This role is perfect for someone who can manage live chat support using their mobile phone, making it easy to balance this job with other responsibilities. The key requirement is to maintain a fast response time and be available from early morning to late evening London time. Responsibilities: Live Chat Management: Respond promptly to messages from potential members on Telegram. Onboarding Support: Guide new members through the joining process, answer their questions, and provide detailed information about the community benefits. Member Assistance: Offer ongoing support to existing members as needed. Problem Solving: Address any issues or concerns that arise during the onboarding process. Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow up on pending inquiries. Requirements: Excellent Communication Skills: Strong written communication skills in English are essential. Responsiveness: Must be able to reply to messages quickly and be available from early morning to late evening London time. Mobile-Friendly: Comfortable using Telegram on a mobile device. Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in customer service or live chat support is preferred. Self-Motivated: Able to work independently and manage time effectively. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Telegram: Familiarity with Telegram and its features. Flexible Availability: Ability to manage live chat alongside other commitments without compromising response times.
