Key Responsibilities

As our Executive Assistant, you will enhance the CEO’s influence, ensuring clarity and structure in our rapidly evolving environment. Your proactive nature and unwavering commitment to excellence will support established processes and the broader team, leaving nothing to chance. Your Responsibilities Will Include, But Are Not Limited To • Daily oversight of the CEO's commitments, ensuring they are prepared and organized in all interactions within the team. • Strategic alignment of tasks with EOS principles, comprehending the broader context while remaining detail-oriented. • Capturing, prioritizing, and translating the CEO's ideas into actionable plans, ensuring alignment with operational standards. • Management of the CEO's email, calendar, and travel arrangements, facilitating seamless logistics. • Coordination of in-person events and meetings, overseeing all logistical details to ensure quality outcomes.

Qualifications

Required: • 3-5+ years of Executive Assistant experience in a rapidly growing business. • Experience working directly with entrepreneurs, visionaries, or CEOs. • Proven expertise in process creation and implementation with strong organizational skills. • College degree, preferably in business, marketing, or healthcare. • Familiarity or experience within the marketing and healthcare sectors. Preferred • Background in marketing. • Business degree. • Certifications in project management or related fields. • Experience in client services or engagement with mission-driven organizations.
