Remote Licensed Mental Health Therapist | WFH Opportunity
Job Overview Join our mission-driven team as a Licensed Mental Health Therapist in a fully remote capacity. We are dedicated to making a meaningful impact in the lives of individuals seeking support. Key Responsibilities Conduct individual therapy sessions with a weekly caseload of over 30 clients. Document client progress meticulously and adjust treatment plans as needed. Employ various clinical methodologies, including Solution-Focused Therapy, CBT, DBT, and more. Collaborate effectively with a full-time scheduler to optimize client interactions. Required Skills Proficiency in diverse clinical approaches, including Solution-Focused Therapy, CBT, and DBT. Strong documentation capabilities for maintaining client progress and treatment adjustments. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential for client engagement. Qualifications Master's degree from an accredited institution in Counseling, Social Work, or Marriage and Family Therapy. Active and current CA state licensure (associates or interns are not accepted). Candidates must primarily reside in California.

Compensation
And Benefits This position offers a competitive salary range of (75K for part-time to )130K for full-time, based on hours worked.
