The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Software Asset Management (SAM/SAM Pro) and Hardware Asset Management (HAM/HAM Pro), along with strong scripting, integration, and implementation skills. This role involves developing and enhancing our ITAM solutions to optimize asset utilization and compliance. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and implement IT Asset Management solutions using ServiceNow, focusing on SAM and HAM modules. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions. Customize and configure ServiceNow ITAM applications to meet business needs, ensuring adherence to best practices. Develop scripts (JavaScript, GlideScript) for automation and custom functionalities within ServiceNow. Integrate ServiceNow ITAM with other enterprise systems and applications to ensure seamless data flow and reporting. Perform system upgrades and patch management, ensuring minimal disruption to operations. Monitor and maintain the performance of ITAM applications, identifying and resolving issues proactively. Provide technical guidance and support to team members and end-users. Conduct training sessions and create documentation for new features and processes. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 8+ years of experience in ServiceNow development, with a focus on IT Asset Management (SAM/SAM Pro, HAM/HAM Pro). Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and SQL. Extensive experience with ServiceNow ITAM modules and related functionalities. Familiarity with REST/SOAP APIs for integrations. Knowledge of ITIL processes related to asset management. ServiceNow Certified Application Developer or other relevant certifications preferred. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a remote or hybrid environment. Apply Job!
