Role: As a Text Chat Operator, your primary responsibility will be to engage with customers via live chat, offering solutions and support for their inquiries. You will log in at the beginning of your shift, respond to customer messages throughout your scheduled time, and log out at the end. This position allows you to choose your own hours and offers the convenience of daily payment. Key Responsibilities: Respond promptly and efficiently to customer inquiries via live chat. Provide accurate information regarding shipping, returns, and product availability. Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.
