Qualifications: • Requirement of a high school diploma or its equal substitute. • A history of working in customer service or retail is highly valued. • Demonstrates effective interpersonal communication skills. • Capacity to juggle numerous customer inquiries and excel in a fast-moving work setting. • Entry-level proficiency in computer systems and customer service software is expected. • Proficiency in lifting and shifting items weighing up to 25 pounds, if the situation calls for it. • Maintaining a welcoming and attentive stance when assisting customers, emphasizing a problem-solving mentality to address any issues effectively.
