Role Overview: As a Customer Service Rep, you will play a critical role in... connecting with our clients to understand their unique needs and provide them with personalized protection plans. You’ll be the go-to person for ensuring clients receive the benefits they’re entitled to, offering expert guidance every step of the way. Key Responsibilities: • Educate clients on available benefits and help them select the best protection plans • Conduct client meetings via Zoom to review and enroll them in life, accident, and supplemental health coverage • Maintain strong relationships with all members and ensure a smooth onboarding process • Work with a team to support clients and share updates on new offerings or changes • Meet scheduling expectations and daily goals to ensure timely follow-up with clients • Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and product changes to provide accurate information Qualifications: • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Call experience is plus but not required • Ability to build trust and rapport with clients over virtual platforms • Organized and able to manage schedules and client records effectively • Previous experience in client services or a consultative role is a plus • Highschool Diploma or GED - Required • A license to sell insurance is a plus.
