Client Service Representative - Entry Level

In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for our Fundraising and Marketing & Communications teams, supporting donor relations, managing databases, and delivering exceptional customer... service. As a Client Service Representative, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our fundraising efforts run smoothly by processing donations, managing our donor database, and maintaining strong relationships with both new and existing donors. Key Responsibilities: • Serve as the primary contact for all internal and external fundraising inquiries. • Deliver outstanding customer care, ensuring timely acknowledgment and appreciation for all donors. • Collaborate with management and the communications team to prepare and distribute engaging donor communications. • Assist with fundraising and promotional events, providing support in planning, logistics, and on-the-day execution. • Maintain and update the donor database, ensuring accuracy and providing internal training as needed. • Support the fundraising team with data input, report generation, and data queries to meet deadlines. • Stay up-to-date on the latest fundraising initiatives and industry trends. • Take initiative by incorporating new ideas to enhance our fundraising and outreach efforts. Requirements: • A passion for fundraising and commitment to supporting charitable causes (experience is a plus but not required). • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks. • Positive, energetic, and proactive attitude. • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to take initiative. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
