- Assist customers with orders, returns, refunds, and general inquiries about Amazon services and products.
- Troubleshoot issues and provide solutions to customers, escalating complex cases when necessary.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service, call center, or a related role is an asset.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and work under pressure.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and customer satisfaction.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications such as Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays, if required.
- A quiet, distraction-free workspace with reliable internet access for remote work.
Experience:
- 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or call center role preferred.
- Experience working in a remote setting is an advantage.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms, particularly Amazon, is a plus.
Working Hours:
- Full-time or part-time options available.
- Flexible shifts covering mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Must be able to work between 35 to 40 hours per week for full-time, or as per agreed part-time schedule.
