Educate clients on the different types of life insurance policies available and tailor solutions to meet their specific requirements. Customize insurance proposals based on clients' individual circumstances, including coverage amounts, policy terms, and premium payments. Collaborate with underwriters and insurance carriers to obtain quotes, process applications, and facilitate policy issuance. Follow up with clients to address any questions or concerns, overcome objections, and finalize policy sales. Maintain accurate records of client interactions, transactions, and policy information in the CRM system. Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory changes, and new insurance products to provide clients with up-to-date information and advice. Meet or exceed sales targets, quotas, and performance metrics set by the company.
Requirements
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain complex concepts in simple terms. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, competitive environment. Goal-oriented mindset with a drive to achieve and exceed sales targets. Bachelor's degree in business, finance, marketing, or a related field is preferred. Life insurance license required; additional insurance licenses (e.g., health, variable) a plus.
