Our Customer Service Representatives are working with Patient's, Doctor's Offices and Insurance Companies to set up new accounts, resolve issues, get prior authorizations, refills on prescriptions and whatever else is needed to get the vital Medical Supplies to the Patient's in need. •

Summary

Representatives will require the ability to multi-task and utilize multiple computer applications to access and enter data in member accounts. Representatives will also be required to conduct themselves in a HIPAA compliant and ethical manner. Duties include but are not limited to: Incoming and outgoing calls, new account creation, insurance verification, document processing, order set up and management. Representatives will be required to communicate professionally with members, caregivers, guardians, medical professionals, and co-workers. Essential Functions: • Handles incoming and outgoing calls with members, caregivers, doctors, and other outside providers regarding members’ documentation and account needs. • Reviews documentation for completion and insurance compliance and enters documentation into member’s account accurately • Thoroughly reviews patient accounts and records to ensure timely patient service. • Communicates with Team Supports and Management team for matters that require approval or escalation. • Utilizes the Customer Service Wiki to maintain a strong knowledge base of processes, procedures, insurance guidelines, products and company information. • Make Suggestions for Process Improvements Full time - 40 Hours per week. Monday-Friday 8:00am to 4:30 pm in our Mishawaka office! (At times, overtime may be required) NO late shifts, No more working on Holidays! • Paid Training • Health, Dental and Optical after 30 days! • PTO & Holiday Pay after 90 Days! • 401K & MORE Required Education and Experience: • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience. Preferred Education and Experience: • 2+ years of experience in a fast-paced customer service role requiring the ability to handle multiple tasks at various stages of completion. • Previous experience requiring clear and calm communication by phone. • Previous experience requires the ability to effectively use the computer system and maintain good records. • Other Duties: All other duties as assigned by management.
