Key Responsibilities: • Handle inbound customer inquiries, medical intake forms and provide accurate information. • Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products/services and schedule appointments. • Resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally. • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions. • Meet or exceed performance targets and KPIs. • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve customer service processes. Qualifications: • High school diploma or equivalent. • Medical call center experience, extensive knowledge in diabetes and weight loss is a plus. • Proven experience in a call center or customer service role. • Sales Experience. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. • Proficient in using computer systems and CRM software. • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. • Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.
