Description As an Amazon Catalog Specialist at American Express, you will play a critical role in managing and optimizing our product listings on Amazon. This role requires a blend of analytical skills, attention to detail, and a deep understanding of Amazon’s platform and algorithms. Your primary goal will be to enhance the visibility and performance of our products on Amazon, driving sales and improving the customer experience. You will work closely with various teams, including marketing, sales, and customer service, to ensure our Amazon catalog is aligned with our overall business strategy. Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. • Minimum of 2 years of experience managing Amazon product listings. • Proficiency with Amazon Seller Central and Vendor Central platforms. • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. • Familiarity with SEO best practices and keyword research tools. Responsibilities • Manage and optimize product listings on Amazon, ensuring accuracy and completeness. • Conduct keyword research and implement SEO strategies to improve product visibility. • Monitor and analyze product performance metrics, making data-driven decisions to enhance listings. • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align Amazon strategies with overall business goals. • Resolve issues related to product listings, such as suppressions or policy violations. • Stay updated with Amazon’s policies, algorithms, and best practices. • Provide regular reports on catalog performance and suggest improvements.
