Required Skills Strong background in airline operations, fleet management, or route planning. Proven teaching experience with a focus on online education. Exceptional communication skills, capable of making complex subjects accessible and engaging. A genuine passion for mentoring students from various backgrounds. Qualifications Master's degree in aviation, business administration, or a closely related field (Ph.D. is preferred). Demonstrated success in an educational role, especially in an online format. Familiarity with online course development and delivery is advantageous.
