Key Responsibilities • Foster positive and supportive interactions with members through various communication methods. • Clearly articulate services to members and secure their consent for participation in call initiatives. • Coordinate care actions in accordance with established agreements with health plans and referring providers. • Initiate prompt outreach to members, verify eligibility, and meticulously document all interactions in line with call center standards. • Schedule appointments using our designated system to facilitate a smooth experience for members. • Operate independently from your remote workstation, utilizing company-provided telecommunication systems. • Adhere to HIPAA regulations and internal company policies during all activities. • Perform additional tasks related to the call center as necessary. Required Skills • Completion of high school diploma or GED; additional college education or medical certification is advantageous. • Prior experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred. • Familiarity with medical terminology and member care is a plus. • Bilingual candidates, particularly those fluent in Spanish, are highly regarded. • Flexibility to work weekend shifts is an asset. • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel. • Strong multitasking abilities, including the capacity to navigate multiple digital screens while maintaining accurate call documentation. • Excellent communication skills, with an aptitude for building rapport and adjusting tone to meet caller needs. • A proactive mindset with a commitment to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
