Regularly assess student progress and attendance. Offer academic guidance and mentorship to students. Ensure timely and accurate grading along with the submission of necessary reports. Required Skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to create engaging and informative course content. Experience in both classroom instruction and practical medical assisting. Qualifications Associates degree in a related field. A minimum of 4 years of practical experience in medical assisting. Current eligibility for or possession of RMA (Registered Medical Assistant) and/or CMA (Certified Medical Assistant) certification. Prior teaching experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
