Data Entry Specialist

K2 Integrity is seeking a Data Entry Specialist (Contract) for our Financial Crime Risk Management team. The Data Entry Specialist will be responsible for receiving, collecting, transferring, reviewing, and entering data. Responsibilities: • Enter data into computer system accurately and efficiently. • Verify data by comparing it to source documents. • Update existing data and perform regular data maintenance tasks. • Retrieve data from the database or electronic files as requested. • Organize and maintain files and records in an orderly manner. • Transcribe information from paper documents into digital format. • Other tasks as required. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree. • Proficient in using computer systems and software, including Microsoft Office and Excel. • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry. • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. • Knowledge of pivot tables, data collection, and computerized data entry systems is a plus. • Strong verbal and written communication skills. • Ability to work both independently and within a team.
