You will ensure that the information is well-organized and correctly input into our databases, supporting the company’s overall operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities: • Enter, update, and verify data in various systems and databases with high accuracy. • Review data for errors, missing information, or inconsistencies and resolve any discrepancies. • Maintain and organize files, records, and documentation in both physical and digital formats. • Conduct regular data backups to ensure data preservation. • Communicate with other departments to obtain necessary information or clarify inconsistencies. • Adhere to company data privacy and confidentiality policies. • Meet daily/weekly data entry targets as assigned by the supervisor. • Assist... with general administrative tasks as needed.
