Job Description

J.B. Hunt Transport Services Inc. is hiring OTR Truck Drivers for nationwide travel. As an OTR Driver, you will be responsible for transporting goods safely and efficiently to designated locations within the U.S. This position requires the ability to drive long distances and spend extended hours on the road. The ideal candidate will have a clean driving record, follow all state and national driving laws, rules, and regulations, and be able to maintain a log of their travel activities.

Responsibilities

– Safely operate a heavy or tractor-trailer truck

– Load and unload cargo

– Properly track and document activity log

– Report any issues or incidents to dispatch

– Inspect truck before and after trip

– Adhere to all safety and driving regulations

Requirements

– Previous experience in truck driving or other related fields

– Commercial driver’s license (CDL)

– Ability to handle physical workload

– Strong work ethic

– Clean Driving Record

– Must pass background check and drug screening

Educational Qualifications

– High school diploma or GED

– Valid CDL-A License

– Truck driving school diploma
