Salary: $18 – $22 per hour

Working Hours: 40 hours per week

### Description:

Amazon, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Executive in Winston-Salem, North Carolina. As a Customer Service Executive, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing excellent service and support.

### Requirements:

– High school diploma or equivalent

– Excellent verbal and written communication skills

– Ability to handle high-volume calls and emails

– Strong problem-solving skills

– Proficient in basic computer applications (MS Office, CRM systems)

– Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

### Responsibilities:

– Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat

– Provide accurate information about products and services

– Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely manner

– Process orders, returns, and exchanges

– Maintain detailed and accurate customer records in the CRM system

– Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process
