Job Description:

In this role, you’ll be the voice of our company, serving as the first point of contact for our customers. You’ll be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, resolving customer inquiries, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. Responsibilities:

– Answering inbound and making outbound calls in a professional manner

Requirements:

– Basic computer skills and proficiency with MS Office Suite
