Job Description

As a Starbucks Barista, you will be responsible for creating memorable experiences for our customers by providing exceptional customer service, crafting quality beverages, and maintaining a clean and comfortable store environment. You are the face of Starbucks and play a vital role in our mission to inspire and nurture the human spirit – one person, one cup, and one neighborhood at a time.

Responsibilities

– Prepare and serve handcrafted coffee and tea beverages.

– Ensure the cleanliness of the store and maintain health and safety standards.

– Provide excellent customer service and handle customer complaints professionally.

– Maintain knowledge of menu items and recipes.

– Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register.

– Participate in necessary training and team meetings.

Requirements

– Must be at least 16 years old.

– Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

– Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.

– Basic math skills for handling cash transactions.

– Ability to stand for long periods.

– Must have authorization to work in the United States.

Educational Qualifications

No specific educational qualifications are required for this position. However, high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.

Experience

Previous experience in customer service or food service is beneficial but not essential. Paid training will be provided.
