### Job Summary:

### Job Description:

As a Cabin Crew Member, you will ensure the safety and comfort of our passengers while providing exceptional customer service. You will work on board our aircraft, assisting in various duties, and collaborating with other crew members to create a welcoming environment for our travelers.

### Responsibilities:

– Conduct pre-flight cabin checks and ensure all safety equipment is available and in working order.

– Greet passengers, assist with seating, and provide special attention to passengers as required.

– Demonstrate the use of safety and emergency equipment and ensure all passengers comply with safety regulations.

– Serve meals and refreshments and sell onboard duty-free goods.

– Handle minor in-flight incidents and provide leadership and assistance in emergencies.

– Ensure the cabin is clean and tidy throughout the flight.

– Conduct post-flight duties, including completing necessary reports.

### Requirements:

– Minimum age of 18 years.

– High school diploma or equivalent.

– Ability to speak, read, and write English fluently. Additional languages are a plus.

– Capable of working flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

– Ability to pass a rigorous training program.

– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

– Must be able to manage in a high-pressure environment.

– Compliant with the necessary reach and height requirements for safety reasons.

### Preferred Qualifications:

– Customer service experience, while not required, is highly desired.

– Training in First Aid or previous emergency training can be beneficial.
