Job Description
As a Forklift Operator/Driver, you will be an integral part of our warehouse operations. Your primary role will be operating fork trucks, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment. You will be responsible for loading, unloading, moving and storing materials within the warehouse.
Responsibilities
– Operate forklifts and other industrial vehicles or equipment to move materials to and from storage or production areas, loading docks, delivery vehicles.
– Inspect product load for accuracy and safety, ensuring that the load is secure.
– Perform routine maintenance on vehicles and auxiliary equipment, such as cleaning, lubricating, recharging batteries, fueling, or replacing liquefied-gas tank.
– Adhere to all safety procedures and standards within the warehouse.
– Collaborate with team members to meet or exceed warehouse objectives.
Requirements
– Proven experience as forklift operator
– Attention to detail and familiarity with industrial equipment
– Excellent physical condition and coordination
– Valid certification to operate forklifts
– High school diploma
