United Airlines is seeking enthusiastic and customer-oriented individuals to join our dynamic team as Cabin Crew Members. No previous experience in aviation is required, as new hires will undergo comprehensive training to equip them with the skills needed to excel in this role.
Responsibilities
– Greet passengers, assist with boarding procedures, and help with seating arrangements.
– Ensure the safety and comfort of passengers during flight.
– Conduct safety checks and demonstrate the use of emergency equipment.
– Provide food and beverage service and sell onboard duty-free goods.
– Manage in-flight sales transactions.
– Address and resolve passenger queries and concerns.
– Administer and coordinate in-flight medical care as needed.
– Prepare detailed flight reports including any unusual incidents.
Requirements
– High School Diploma or equivalent.
– At least 18 years old.
– Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
– Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Physical ability to manage lifting of luggage and standing for long periods.
– A positive attitude and resilience to stress.
– Ability to swim at least 25 meters unaided.
Educational Qualifications
– High school diploma or GED required; further education is advantageous.
Experience
– No previous experience as a cabin crew member is required.
– Customer service experience in any field is beneficial.
