Job Summary:
LA Fitness is currently seeking highly motivated individuals who have a passion for health and fitness. We are looking for a Part-Time Fitness Trainer available for evening shifts who can work up to 4 hours. The trainer will be responsible for conducting fitness programs and consultations for our clients. Job Description:
Our Fitness Trainers are responsible for setting the pace for a great workout environment. They are expected to help our members achieve their fitness goals by providing one-on-one training, designing personalized fitness programs, and conducting group fitness classes.
Responsibilities:
– Conducting one-on-one training sessions
– Designing and implementing personalized fitness programs
– Conducting group fitness classes
– Ensuring all gym equipment is maintained and safe for use
– Motivating and assisting clients during their workouts
– Keeping up to date with the latest fitness trends and techniques
Requirements:
– Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) or equivalent certification
– Strong customer service skills
– Excellent communication skills
– Ability to work evenings
Preferred Qualifications:
– Previous experience in a gym or fitness center
– CPR/AED certified
– Degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or related field
