This part-time position is ideal for individuals with a strong background in customer service who are ready to leverage their skills in a dynamic environment. • *Key Responsibilities:** - Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, ensuring timely and effective resolution of issues. - Demonstrate exceptional problem-solving abilities to address customer concerns and deliver comprehensive solutions. - Maintain in-depth knowledge of Dominion Resources’ products and services to provide accurate information and support to customers. - Handle escalated customer issues with a confident and positive attitude, collaborating with internal teams as needed to achieve resolution. - Implement data-driven approaches to analyze customer feedback and identify areas for service improvement, ultimately enhancing customer satisfaction. - Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of customer interactions and resolutions, contributing to a stronger knowledge management system. - Assist in the training and mentoring of new team members by sharing best practices and promoting a collaborative team environment. - Lead small-scale projects aimed at improving customer service processes and enhancing the overall customer experience. - Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas and feedback to help drive departmental goals and objectives. - Collaborate with other departments to streamline communication and ensure a fluid customer experience across all touchpoints. • *Requirements:** - Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a fast-paced industry. - Proven ability to manage customer inquiries with confidence and poise, demonstrating a passion for service excellence. - Strong research and analytical skills to effectively resolve customer issues and identify trends or patterns in feedback. - Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with a knack for explaining complex information in a clear and concise manner. - Prior experience leading initiatives or mentoring team members is highly desirable. - Familiarity with customer service software and data analytics tools is a plus. - Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment. - Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks prioritizing efficiently. - A proactive attitude towards continuous learning and self-improvement. • *Working Environment:** The Customer Service Assistant will work in an environment that leverages data to inform decisions and drive strategic initiatives.
