Job Description
Responsibilities ? Provide world-class customer service by answering questions, troubleshooting issues, and resolving customer concerns via phone, chat, and email. ? Assist customers with navigating Amazon?s website and mobile app. ? Handle returns, refunds, and other customer service requests efficiently and professionally. ? Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments for resolution. ? Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Amazon?s products, services, and promotions. ? Adhere to company policies and procedures while maintaining a positive and professional demeanor. Requirements ? High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred. ? Prior customer service experience, preferably in a remote or call center environment. ? Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. ? Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. ? Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. ? Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet, distraction-free workspace. ? Proficiency in basic computer applications and the ability to navigate multiple systems. Restrictions ? Must be at least 18 years old. ? Must reside in a location where Amazon is hiring for remote positions. ? Must be able to pass a background check. Benefits ?
