Job Type Part-Time, Remote Position Working Hours Evening Shifts (Flexible hours within the range of 4 PM – 10 PM EST) Responsibilities • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via various communication channels. • Identify and resolve customer issues efficiently. • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service. • Document all customer interactions in the CRM system. • Provide product and service information to customers. • Assist customers with troubleshooting and technical support. • Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes. • Follow up on customer issues to ensure resolution.
