  • Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our home improvement products and services. Be able to confidently answer customer questions and guide them in making informed choices.

  • Order Processing: Efficiently manage customer orders, including order entry, tracking, and resolution of any issues that may arise during the fulfillment process.

  • Issue Resolution: Investigate and resolve customer complaints and concerns, striving for first-contact resolution whenever possible.

  • Customer Education: Educate customers on product features, benefits, and installation procedures to ensure a seamless experience.

  • Data Entry: Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in our database.

  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with our sales, marketing, and product development teams to ensure a cohesive customer experience.

  • Continuous Improvement: Contribute to the improvement of our customer service processes by providing feedback and suggestions for enhancement.

  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with a friendly and empathetic approach to customer interactions.

  • Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to think on your feet.

  • Previous customer service experience preferred but not required; we are willing to train the right candidate.
