Proficient typing skills (35 WPM minimum; 40 WPM preferred) ? Basic internet and window-based computer skills ? Strong multitasking abilities ? Excellent written and verbal communication skills ? Engage with customers through online chat, addressing a wide variety of inquiries ? Provide accurate information regarding products and services ? Capture and record customer contact information for lead generation and review ? Summarize chat interactions based on customer needs for client feedback Qualifications ? Retail customer service experience or previous exposure to the automotive industry is preferred but not required ? Ability to effectively multitask and manage time efficiently ? Experience in an office setting, customer interaction, or a call center is preferred (2 years) ? Must be fluent in English, both spoken and written ? Must successfully pass a background check Education Requirements ? High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification required Education Requirements Credential Category ?
