This full-time, high-volume sales position is an excellent opportunity to develop into a successful Mortgage Banker through our Customer Success Coordinator program. Job Duties • Report directly to the Senior Vice President and work either hybrid or remote, depending on your location. • Participate in a comprehensive three-to-four-month training program, consisting of computer-based and instructor-led sessions. • Learn and apply proven sales techniques with hands-on coaching from experienced Mortgage Bankers. • Deliver exceptional customer service to clients and referrals. • Make outbound calls to potential customers, serving as their first point of contact. • Master loan origination software and become proficient in using CRM and lead management systems. • Collaborate with like-minded peers in a competitive, lively call center environment. • Positively represent our organization and network to create additional loan opportunities. • Engage with prospective customers via text, email, and phone. Requirements • High school degree or GED required, 2-4 year college degree preferred. • Previous experience (1+ years) in sales, retail, hospitality, or food & beverage industries is a plus but not required. • Friendly and outgoing personality with a natural aptitude for sales. • Passion for sales and a proven track record of success. • Customer-centric mindset with strong communication skills to build lasting relationships. • Growth mindset, viewing obstacles as opportunities for improvement. • Highly driven by performance and motivated by financial rewards for hard work.
