  • * Keep up-to-date with Disney promotions, events, and updates to provide informed responses to customers.
  • * Utilize customer feedback to suggest improvements to Disneys social media engagement strategies.
  • * Maintain a positive and professional demeanor in all customer interactions.
  • Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • * Excellent written communication skills with a strong command of the English language.
  • * Proficiency in using social media platforms for professional purposes.
  • * Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • * Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work environment.
  • * Familiarity with Disney products, services, and the brands values.
  • * Customer service experience, preferably in a social media or online support setting.
  • * Technical proficiency with CRM software and other customer support tools.
  • Experience:
  • * Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service or social media support.
  • * Experience working in a remote setting is preferred.
