Employer Industry: Retail Why Consider This Job Opportunity... • Opportunity for career advancement and growth within the organization • Competitive pay and benefits package starting on the 31st day of employment • Fully remote work opportunity • Supportive and inclusive work environment • Chance to work with a team of 19 service desk employees What To Expect (Job Responsibilities) • Provide tiered support for call in, email, or chat generated incidents • Manage incidents using incident management, knowledge base, and request fulfillment processes • Maintain activity data for timeliness, accuracy, relevancy, escalation, and status • Intake tickets and be the first remote support person for the organization • Diagnose and resolve incidents remotely with software and hardware functions What Is Required (Qualifications) • 3+ years of experience in a Help Desk role working remotely • Experience working with POS systems at retail stores • 6+ months of experience supporting PC software, hardware, and peripherals in an office environment • Experience working on Microsoft Teams and other Microsoft Suite tools • Experience using Cisco Jabber for phone calls How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications) • Bilingual in Spanish At Talentify, we prioritize candidate privacy and champion equal-opportunity employment.
