The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately and efficiently entering data from various sources into our systems while maintaining data integrity and confidentiality. Key Responsibilities:
- Inputting alphanumeric data from source documents into computer database with speed and accuracy.
- Verifying accuracy of data by comparing it to source documents.
- Sorting and organizing paperwork after entering data to ensure it is not lost or misplaced.
- Responding to information requests from authorized members.
- Adhering to data entry protocols and procedures to ensure data security.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a data entry clerk or similar position.
- Fast typing skills; knowledge of touch typing system is strongly preferred.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficient in MS Office and data programs.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Experience:
- Previous experience in data entry or related field preferred but not required.
Working Hours:
- Flexible hours, typically 20-30 hours per week.
