Live Chat Officer - Remote Work

The Live Chat Officer at Walt Disney will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through live chat channels. Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field. 3. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 4. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 6. Proficiency in using live chat software and customer relationship management systems. 7. Resourceful and reliable personality traits. 8.
