Junior Virtual Assistant - Remote

Salary: $65,000 - $75,000 per annum Experience Required: Minimum 1 year of project experience What You'll Do: • Executive Assistant Rockstar: Provide top-notch support to executives, managing client interactions (phone/video), emails (multiple inboxes), and complex calendars. • Content & Communication Champion: Assist in developing engaging communications for various channels (webinars, newsletters, emails, website content). Master the art of research and support the implementation of digital marketing plans. • Operations Guru: Contribute to streamlining workflows by creating and maintaining standard operating procedures. Assist with administrative tasks within our CRM software. • Tech-Savvy Superhero: Utilize your technical skills to manage projects, prioritize deadlines, and navigate various software programs with ease. Qualifications: • Previous experience managing multiple clients, projects, and accounts is a must. • A minimum of 1 years of experience with complex calendar and email management. • Experience creating travel arrangements and expense reports is a plus. • Must be available to work remotely, communicate via email and attend Zoom meetings. • Mac preferred, but PC with webcam and latest MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) is required. • Reliable internet connection and smartphone with email capabilities are essential. • Proficiency in common online programs and software used by small businesses is a plus. • Confidence in using technology, including Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and popular CRM/Project Management platforms. • Bachelor's degree (preferred Apply Job!
