Position Overview: We are looking for a caring and detail-oriented Remote Healthcare Assistant to become part of our expanding virtual care team. In this role, you'll provide essential administrative and patient support remotely, helping to maintain smooth communication between patients, providers, and clinical staff. - Act as a primary point of contact for patient queries through phone, email, and messaging platforms
- Coordinate and confirm online medical appointments

- Assist with processing prescription requests, specialist referrals, and appointment follow-ups
- Collaborate with medical professionals and administrative staff to ensure seamless care delivery
