• Serve as the subject matter expert for data center design and construction contracts for Our Client across the central region, ensuring alignment with all obligations.
• Oversee the end-to-end change process, including the review, negotiation, and approval of change orders, claims, and commercial entitlement assessments.
• Proactively identify, assess, and escalate commercial risks by partnering closely with Legal, Sourcing, and Area Management to develop mitigation strategies.
• Collaborate with Pre-Construction, Finance, and Accounting teams to ensure that contract terms accurately reflect Our Client's project budgets and procurement strategies.
• Implement contract management tools and playbooks while coaching cross-functional partners to standardize practices and improve programmatic efficiencies.
