Key Responsibilities

As a remote call center agent at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in providing top-notch customer support to our clients. Your responsibilities will include

• Handling customer complaints and providing appropriate solutions to resolve issues

• Managing and resolving customer queries via chat or email in a timely and professional manner Requirements To succeed in this role, you'll need
