Position Overview

We are hiring Part-Time Customer Care Associates to join our remote team. This is a fully work-from-home position, giving you the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home while making a meaningful impact. The starting pay rate is $17 to $18 per hour, plus a $50 monthly stipend to help offset the costs of working remotely. The anticipated start date for new hires is October 2nd, which will include a comprehensive orientation session. Paid training will officially commence on October 7th, ensuring every associate is fully equipped with the knowledge, tools, and confidence needed to excel in their role.

Key Responsibilities of a Customer Care Associate

As a vital member of the arenaflex Customer Care Team, your daily responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
