What You Will Do at arenaflex: Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, your primary mission is to ensure that the information flowing into our systems is accurate, secure, complete, and readily accessible to the teams who depend on it. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • High-Volume Data Input: Accurately enter customer records, account details, and transactional information from paper-based and digital source documents into arenaflex's proprietary database systems at a sustained, high-volume pace.
  • Source Document Preparation: Compile, review, verify, and sort incoming paperwork and digital files to prepare them for efficient computer entry, ensuring that all information is properly organized and ready for processing.
  • Data Quality Assurance: Rigorously review entered and existing data for deficiencies, inconsistencies, or errors. Correct any incompatibilities promptly and verify the accuracy of output before finalizing records.
  • Database Maintenance and Updating: Maintain arenaflex's databases by entering new customer information, updating existing account records, and archiving outdated entries in accordance with company retention policies.
  • Information Retrieval and Query Response: Respond promptly to internal and authorized external requests for information. Access relevant files and records with precision, always adhering to data privacy and security protocols.
